Lakeview Post Acute is seeking a Resident Care Manager to assist the Director of Nursing in overseeing nursing staff and ensuring quality resident care in a remote setting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, 3-5 years of management experience in long-term care, and excellent communication skills

Job Summary

  • Assists the Director of Nursing in directing activities of licensed and non-licensed personnel whom provide health care and nursing services to residents on a 24-hour, 7 day per week basis.
  • Oversees clinical operations, including making daily rounds and monitoring resident conditions, and is responsible for ensuring resident safety and that residents are treated with the utmost respect.
  • Must keep abreast of regulatory changes and communicate changes appropriately.
