Job Summary
The primary responsibility of this position is to supervise the day-to-day nursing activities of the facility during your tour of duty to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
You will assist the Director of Nursing Services in directing nursing functions, participate in developing policies, and ensure compliance with nursing procedures and regulations.
This role involves providing direct nursing care, monitoring medication administration, participating in staff development, and maintaining safety and sanitation standards.
