The primary purpose of this job is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees are expected to maintain confidentiality of resident information and report any unauthorized disclosures or incidents immediately.
The role requires cooperation with other facility personnel to ensure nursing services meet resident needs and includes assisting residents with daily functions and mobility.
