Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 1-3 years supervisory or coordination experience
  • Knowledge of HVAC electrical plumbing mechanical trades
  • Ability to read technical manuals and follow instructions
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple projects
  • Valid Provincial Class 5 driver's license

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years supervisory lead-hand or coordination experience
  • Minimum four years relative experience in facility maintenance
  • One year of facility project management experience required
  • Forklift certificate or experience considered an asset
  • BOMA Building Operator Certificate SMT SMA or trade certification preferred
