The NC Department of Adult Correction is responsible for the care, custody, and supervision of all adults sentenced for violating North Carolina laws.
The Chief Probation/Parole Officer supervises staff, coordinates unit workflow, and makes decisions about offender supervision, including case assignments and staff training.
This role requires the ability to quickly analyze crisis situations, provide immediate responses, and engage in role modeling, coaching, and teaching pro-social skills to staff.
