Job Summary
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet resident needs based on budget and census.
The Scheduler must maintain daily records of tardiness and absenteeism while coordinating with the Director of Nursing Services to address staffing variances.
This role requires assisting with the orientation of newly hired nursing personnel and ensuring all required documentation and time cards are completed prior to their start date.
