Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to ensure adequate and appropriate staffing of the facility nursing department to meet resident needs based on budget and census.
  • The Scheduler must maintain daily records of tardiness and absenteeism while coordinating with the Director of Nursing Services to address staffing variances.
  • This role requires assisting with the orientation of newly hired nursing personnel and ensuring all required documentation and time cards are completed prior to their start date.
