The role of the Superintendent is to be accountable for all onsite aspects of a project, leading teams and fostering a culture of mentoring, growth, and accountability.
Responsibilities include developing and maintaining a jobsite schedule, overseeing RFI and submittal processes, and ensuring the project meets or exceeds expectations by monitoring safety, scheduling, and quality control.
