Job Summary

  • The Claims Analyst independently adjudicates multi-state workers' compensation indemnity, EL, and subrogation claim files that are generally non-catastrophic in nature.
  • Candidates will aggressively manage all aspects of the claims process including litigation, reserve setting, and settlement negotiations while maintaining high levels of client trust.
