Job Summary

  • Actively get involved and support field staff to ensure that projects adhere to set sector standards (donor, government, cluster, etc.).
  • To actively engage with various WASH networks (within and outside WV Partnership) and regularly update the National Office.
  • Carryout staff capacity building assessments and contribute to development of the staff annual capacity building plan.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or Water Resources or Community WASH/ Public Health
  • Minimum 8 years WASH experience in South Sudan
  • Minimum 5 years field experience in emergency response
  • Minimum 2 years experience in developing proposals and budgets
  • Experience in models and methods of staff training
  • Highly experienced in representing and presenting at external meetings
  • Strong software skills including Engineering Design Software
