Job Summary

  • You will help revolutionize our customer experience by using new technologies to showcase our software tools and support our customers.
  • Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Reviewing product requirements and designing a best-in-class customer journey by identifying assets, use cases, user personas and touchpoints (web, git repository, forums etc.).
  • Responding to customer technical questions, debugging and reproducing customer issues, and driving issue resolution with the engineering organization and customers.
