Job Summary

  • Administer the employee benefits programs including all health and welfare, retirement, tuition reimbursement, student loan repayment and voluntary benefits plans.
  • Manage day-to-day activities within HCM Benefits proficiently to include all aspects of Benefits Transactions.
  • Assist with activities for the annual open enrollment period for health and welfare plans.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, or equivalent

  • Working knowledge of benefits-related laws and regulations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
