  • Manage the R&D, Regulatory and Technical Services functions for Buckman Asia Pacific, including product development, reformulation, and introduction of new products.
  • Oversee regulatory compliance and quality control systems and processes for Buckman APAC, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Lead, manage, and develop teams within Research and Development, Technical Services, and Quality Management, while ensuring compliance with SHERQ policies and procedures.
