Must-have
3+ years retail bank sales management experience
Proven sales leadership role in incentive-based environment
District Executive or Region President endorsement required
Strong knowledge of banking compliance and risk management
Ability to drive digital adoption and self-service usage
Nice-to-have
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office products
Established work history in financial services

Key Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
3+ years demonstrated successful experience in Retail Bank sales management
5+ years experience in Retail sales management if no bank experience
12+ months Santander experience in relevant functions
