The Staff Manufacturing Test Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining manufacturing test software used in high volume production of solar, storage, and home interconnect products.
This role owns test software architecture across PCBA functional test and EOL systems with a strong emphasis on reliability, scalability, and data integrity.
Candidates must bridge embedded systems, test equipment, and production operations to ensure robust test coverage and continuous improvement of yield and cycle time.

Must-have
Golang, LabVIEW, C#, or Python proficiency
Automated test system design and debugging

Production environment uptime and throughput focus
PCBA functional and EOL testing experience

Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test system experience
Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) test development
Clean energy or power electronics background
Linux-based systems and version control tools
New product introduction (NPI) transfer experience
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science
Minimum 4 years of experience in manufacturing test software
