Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8-10 years project management experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit software
Strong knowledge of MEP systems and compliance
Experience with MS Project and procurement practices
Nice-to-have
PMP or Prince2 certification preferred
Six Sigma certification
Proactive and engaging client relationship style
Team coaching and leadership capabilities
Familiarity with North and West India vendor ecosystems
Key Requirements
8–10 years relevant experience
Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or Architecture
PMP/Prince2/Six Sigma certification (preferred)
Diploma holders with strong execution experience considered
