Assists in providing immediate information systems technical support on software applications including the college’s enterprise resource planning system.
Participates in the design, development and implementation of information systems solutions and develops programming scripts using SQL/PLSQL.
Responsible for providing a continuation of service delivery and continuous point of contact for service users and staff alike outside of normal working hours.
