Key Requirements

  • Fully qualified US Patent Attorney registered with USPTO
  • Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering or related STEM
  • Minimum 5 years post qualification patent experience
  • Experience advising R&D and commercial stakeholders
  • Work authorization to practice in US
