Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Food Safety, or related field required
  • 15+ years of progressive leadership experience
  • Demonstrated success leading enterprise or multi-site organizations
  • Deep knowledge of HACCP, GFSI, preventive controls
  • Experience serving as senior food safety authority
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%
