Job Summary
The RN Day Triage provides support to patients and families, establishing and maintaining positive relationships with team members, patients/families and referral resources.
Triages phone calls and ensures that callers’ needs are met efficiently using excellent customer service skills, providing and managing direct care to patients and families.
This position requires consent to drug and/or alcohol testing after a conditional offer of employment is made, as well as on-going compliance with the Drug-Free Workplace Policy.
