This role is responsible for leading and enhancing end-to-end talent acquisition activities within GBS to ensure the organization has the capabilities needed to meet business demands.
The position partners closely with HR, business stakeholders, and global TA teams to deliver efficient recruiting processes, strong talent pipelines, and an excellent experience for both candidates and internal clients.
Advance talent sourcing and pipelining, assure best in class internal customers and candidates experience, and collaborate with communication teams to build and execute employment brand plan.

Key Requirements
