  • You are delegated the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary for carrying out your assigned duties.
  • The work environment includes office areas and throughout the facility, with exposure to infectious waste, diseases, and emotionally upset residents, requiring adherence to safety and privacy protocols.

  • On-the-job training in medical records procedures
