Manages all shifts of production within the Portland Factory with full accountability for costs, methods, quality, and quantity of production, maintenance, operations, and personnel.
Ensures technical and human resources are sufficient to meet capacity requirements, manages and develops employees within production, and oversees capital and operational budgeting.
