The PACS Group is seeking a Remote LPN Infection Preventionist/Wound Nurse to oversee staff development, conduct educational programs, and provide direct patient care. The ideal candidate will have nursing qualifications, experience in long-term care, and a strong background in training and supervision

Job Summary

  • The Director of Staff Development (DSD) is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program (if applicable) for the nursing assistants as required by regulations.
  • Organize in-service education programs for staff including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of education provided.
  • Coordinate infection control surveillance program and provide direct resident/patient care.
