Job Summary

  • The State Manager has overall responsibility for servicing Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) Contracts for a portfolio of multi-family dwelling units in accordance with performance-based contract administration requirements promulgated by the U.S. Department of HUD.
  • The State Manager’s team is responsible for processing subsidy payment requests, setting project rents, renewing expiring Housing Assistance Payments contracts, conducting Management and Occupancy audits, and responding to tenant concerns.
