The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan.
You will be responsible for recording all entries on flow sheets, notes, charts, etc., in an informative, descriptive manner and reporting all accidents and incidents observed.
The role requires assisting residents with daily functions such as mouth care, bathing, dressing, and ensuring residents are kept dry and comfortable.
