Salary
Base: $125,000-$135,000 per year; Bonus/Equity: Performance bonuses and long term incentives included; Benefits: PTO policy and progressive benefits offered

Advanced Excel Power Query skills
Legion scheduling system experience
Variance analysis and executive reporting

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or related field
5-7 years of experience in workforce management or labor analytics
Demonstrated ownership of a labor budget at scale
Experience designing staffing models across a multi-store fleet
Working knowledge of Legion scheduling systems preferred
