Develop new tools and training to help drive quality awareness, such as dashboards for KPIs and CM Compliance, and a Productivity AI program.
Provide ownership of Key Spares/Repair quality metrics/dashboards and drive continuous improvement through cross-organizational collaboration.
Work with field service and customers to understand issues, drive corrective actions, and proactively resolve problems, supporting monthly/quarterly reviews with customer quality teams.
