Job Summary

  • You will provide technical guidance on MEAL activities and ensure effective management of MEAL activities in accordance with Humanitarian Fund and CRS requirements.
  • You will ensure cross-learning, creating systems of accountability to participants, including establishing a feedback, complaint, and response mechanism for the project, donors, and stakeholders, and strengthening the capacities of MEAL staff.
  • You will manage talent effectively and supervise, manage team dynamics and staff well-being, and provide coaching and mentoring.
