• The role's primary mission is to support the university’s centralized efforts in advancing student persistence, retention, and graduation by providing personalized student support services.
• Engages directly with students across the university by providing specialized coaching support that helps students maintain academic progress and utilizes evidence-based approaches that bolsters student’s confidence and resiliency skills.
