The Senior Director, Supply Chain – Asia Pacific will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Supply Chain efforts required for simultaneously delivering several large-scale projects in different countries in the region

Job Summary

  • The Senior Director, Supply Chain – Asia Pacific will be responsible for the planning and execution of all Supply Chain efforts required for simultaneously delivering several large-scale projects in different countries in the region.
  • You will serve as the most senior Supply Chain leader in the Asia-Pacific region and the primary point of contact for regional and global executive leadership regarding APAC supply chain strategy and performance.
  • We are driving the global energy transition with an integrated clean energy technology platform that combines intelligent structural, electrical, and digital solutions for utility-scale power plants.

Key Requirements

  • 15-20 years experience as a Supply Chain leader
  • Master’s in Supply Chain
  • Experience in EPC/construction industry preferred
  • Understanding of APAC regulatory and business practices
  • Previous experience in contract manufacturing preferred
  • Excellent knowledge of supply chain processes
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to report and present strategy at executive level
  • Comfortable working in fast pace and under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing multi-cultural team
  • Results orientated
  • Advanced Negotiation skills
  • Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or similar field
  • Availability to travel on a regular basis – 30%
