PATH is seeking a temporary Associate Recruiter to drive talent acquisition efforts primarily in the Asia, Middle East, and Europe regions. The role involves developing recruiting strategies, managing the hiring process, and collaborating with HR partners to ensure effective staffing for critical projects

Job Summary

  • This role will partner closely with our HR Business Partners and Country Program Leaders to develop a long-term strategy to hire top talent, improve processes, develop, and implement creative pipeline strategy.
  • Responsibilities include developing comprehensive recruiting strategies, talent market research, talent pipelines, and recruiting talent in the Asia, Middle East & Europe (AMEE) region.
