  • ISO 9001 and AS9100 Quality Management System auditing
  • Chair Material Review Board and Failure Review Board
  • Root cause corrective action (RCCA) methodology expertise
  • Supplier quality and hardware quality assurance tasks

Nice-to-have

  • Six Sigma or Lean process improvement certification
  • Experience developing Basis of Estimates for proposals
  • Factory systems proficiency like PRISM, SAP, Windchill
  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer or Lead Auditor training
  • J-Std-001/IPC-A-610 certification maintenance
  • First Article Inspection experience per AS9102

Key Requirements

  • U.S. citizenship mandatory for security clearance eligibility
  • Current active transferable U.S. government Secret clearance
  • Minimum 8 years of engineering experience required
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
  • Formal training in ISO 9001/AS9100 lead auditing preferred
