Job Summary

  • The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily care and services in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
  • Employees must ensure correct resident information when assisting with activities of daily living, meals, and transport while maintaining strict confidentiality of health data.
  • This role requires frequent checking of residents unable to call for help, assisting with bowel and bladder functions, and reporting all accidents or incidents immediately.
