Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary administrative and communication support for the Sales & Marketing team, handling incoming calls, correspondence, and departmental coordination in alignment with Four Seasons standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales systems and records, including group bookings, account traces, WSO inquiries, dashboards, and Golden Sales & Catering data.
  • Prepare, manage, and distribute key sales reports and analytics (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual) to support decision-making for Sales and Marketing leadership.
