Job Summary

• The Vice President, Client Engagement Analytics within Wealth Management is responsible for setting and executing the analytics strategy that enables data-driven decisions for the Financial Planning team within Morgan Stanley’s Global Investment Office (GIO).
• This role partners closely with Financial Planning strategy leadership as well as technology, sales, and risk/compliance, to deliver trusted metrics, scalable reporting, and advanced analytics.

Salary

Base: 110,000 - 190,000 Yr; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for annual discretionary incentive compensation award and business unit incentive compensation plan; Benefits: Full spectrum of benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, HSA, FSA, Life Insurance, Disability, PTO, Holidays, 401(k)

Key Requirements

• 7+ years analytics experience in financial services
• 3-5+ years leading teams or large analytics programs
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Python
• 5+ years hands-on data analysis and insight generation
• Extensive business intelligence experience
• Bachelor’s degree in quantitative or business discipline
