Job Summary
Lead the facility’s infection control program as the primary advocate for resident and staff safety, ensuring leadership in aseptic technique and infectious disease management.
Plan, develop, and direct the facility’s infection control program in accordance with current rules and regulations, including surveillance, reporting, and staff education.
Manage employee health programs such as TB management and bloodborne pathogen standards, and serve as a key member of the Infection Control Committee.
