  • Root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • ISO 9001 or AS9100 standards knowledge
  • Schematic drawing interpretation skills
  • Active US government security clearance

  • Six Sigma or Lean certification
  • ASQ certifications (CQE, CSQE, etc.)
  • Experience with DCMA engagement
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Remote collaboration experience
