Job Summary
The Physical Therapist will carry out an individualized program of physical therapy including assessment, treatment, implementation, education, discharge planning and communication to maximize a patient's progress toward achieving their functional goals.
The role requires maintaining compliance with all relevant Federal, State regulations and Organizational policies while following hospital and departmental standards for safety and infection control.
Applicants must possess the physical abilities to perform tasks involving sitting, standing, walking, bending, stooping, and reaching, with occasional lifting up to 25 lbs.
