Job Summary

  • Under general supervision, provides instruction and distributes learning materials helping employees understand the Department’s need for CDL drivers in compliance to government regulations and proper use of equipment.
  • Effectively organizes calendars and schedules class dates while ensuring adequate coverage is available in the field, accurately maintains training records and safely secures sensitive data/information.
  • Serves as the point of contact for all CDL and equipment related questions for the District and works closely with the Statewide CDL Examiners in the coordination of exam dates and certification information.

Key Requirements
