Salary
Base: $137,000.00 - $183,000.00 USD; Bonus: Annual discretionary bonus based on percentage of base salary; Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and paid time off
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
6+ years in pricing or cost engineering
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Finance
Complex financial modeling and analytics
FAR compliant pricing structures
Risk assessment and mitigation planning
Nice-to-have
MBA or advanced degree preferred
Electrical power systems domain familiarity
Experience with government acquisition processes
Strong stakeholder management skills
Bias for action in fast-paced environments
Key Requirements
6+ years experience in pricing, cost engineering, or program finance
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or related field
