The Student Success Graduate Assistant will serve as a coach supporting student engagement and outreach efforts by working directly with current students through various communication channels to foster connection and promote academic success.
Responsibilities include planning and implementing outreach initiatives, providing information on campus resources, collaborating with instructors and staff to support students in high DFW courses, and tracking outreach effectiveness.
