Job Summary

  • Responsible for directing the day-to-day activities for a unit and managing approximately 10 FTEs covering diverse disciplines and complex functions.
  • Design, implement, maintain and enhance internal controls to mitigate risk and promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
  • Manages workflow of medium complexity and risk exposure and exercises usual managerial authority concerning staffing, performance appraisals, promotions, and terminations.
