Job Summary

  • As a Deputy Manager/Manager in the Organisation Development (OD) Department, you will be under the Corporate Affairs & Development Division, which manages the strategic planning, international partnership, communications and marketing functions of ITE.
  • The OD Department oversees an exciting and diverse portfolio of work, including but not limited to corporate planning, organisational excellence, staff innovation and quality service management.
  • OD officers are expected to learn and be open to applying new technology in their work and have opportunities to be exposed to different areas of work and/or cross-functional projects.
