** SNC Lavalin is seeking an experienced EBS Senior Support Analyst (O2C) to enhance its global ERP system. The ideal candidate will possess strong Oracle EBS R12 expertise, particularly in the Order to Cash process, and will play a vital role in problem-solving and driving process improvements within a collaborative and inclusive work environment. **

Job Summary

  • Provide functional support for Oracle EBS R12 across the full Order to Cash cycle, including Accounts Receivable, Billing/Project Billing, Project Costing, and Project Management.
  • Lead incident investigations, perform in-depth root-cause analysis, and drive permanent corrective actions across O2C processes.
  • Participate in SIT, UAT, regression testing, and validation for patches, upgrades, and system enhancements, while maintaining high-quality documentation.
