Job Summary

  • The position is responsible for conducting initial assessments of offender needs and developing comprehensive case plans to achieve system objectives.
  • Employees will organize and direct rehabilitation programs while coordinating community resources for successful re-entry prior to parole or release.
  • This role requires working in all sections of Close, Medium, and Minimum Custody prison facilities, including serving in a custody role during certain activities.
