Job Summary
The position is responsible for conducting initial assessments of offender needs and developing comprehensive case plans to achieve system objectives.
Employees will organize and direct rehabilitation programs while coordinating community resources for successful re-entry prior to parole or release.
This role requires working in all sections of Close, Medium, and Minimum Custody prison facilities, including serving in a custody role during certain activities.

Key Requirements
