Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
• Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition to the Nurse Supervisor as soon as practical.
• The role requires assisting residents with personal care, transporting them to new rooms or medical tests, and ensuring a calm environment throughout the shift.
