Roles & Responsibilities Business Development Executive – Commercial and Residential Cleaning Identify and develop new business opportunities for residential cleaning services. Generate leads through cold calling, referrals, online platforms, networking, and partnerships. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct site visits and understand customers’ cleaning requirements. Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for clients. Follow up on enquiries and convert leads into confirmed sales. Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction. Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally. Achieve monthly sales targets and business growth objectives. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and pipeline updates. Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Promote company services through social media, events, and marketing campaigns. Support retention efforts by upselling and renewing existing customer contracts. Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports for management review
