Job Summary
The Workforce Trainer reports directly to the Director of Workforce Development and should possess a well-rounded skill set in industrial machining, maintenance mechanics/advanced manufacturing of various types, as well as a thorough knowledge of accepted safety practices.
This position is a part-time position with a flexible schedule, as this position is for evenings and weekend work may be required to meet industry needs.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE: Establish and maintain working relationships with industry partners, interact with business/industry leaders to assess training needs, and develop and facilitate trainings within areas of expertise.
