Base: $137,000.00 - $215,270.00; Bonus/Equity: Short-term and/or long-term incentives eligible; Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, up to 120 hours vacation, tuition reimbursement

Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• Ph.D. with 2+ years industry experience OR M.S. with 8+ years OR B.S. with 10+ years
• Hands-on experience with FLIPR and SyncroPatch 384PE platforms
• Proven track record in hit-to-lead and lead optimization support
• Working knowledge of Echo, Hamilton, Beckman, or Agilent liquid handlers
