The Director of Human Resources manages all aspects of the College’s Human Resources under the direction of the Vice Chancellor for Finance and Administration.
Key responsibilities include overseeing HR functions, coaching administrators, interpreting policies, developing training, managing benefits, and ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
The role also involves serving as Title IX Deputy, FOIA Officer, Grievance Officer, and Workday HCM lead.

Key Requirements

Five years of practical work experience in HR and benefits management (Preferred)
